Just imagine you find a team interested in your business growth and continuity, implementing the experience gained since 1999 in consultancy and web-development. Since 2014 I have been in charge of my function, communicating the vision of the project owner to Quartsoft team, tailoring the appropriate procedures that ease communication, participating in requirement analysis and communicating methods of avoiding tech, managerial and financial risks. This would be impossible without the whole team following clear procedures, competence sharing policies, internal motivation and balancing. Whatever the business idea is, the aims of the project, its model and vision are the key information for me to analyze, research and propose several plans to the project owner for decision-making.
