Begonnen hat seine Karriere im Online-Sales-Bereich bei der eCircle AG (nun Mapp Digital), wo er unter anderem als Senior Sales-Manager tätig war. Studiert hat Fleischmann Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing & Human Resources an der Hochschule Ansbach.
