Following a 10-year career originating in the classical advertising industry (ad agencies, media houses, etc.), in 2012 Samuel steered himself towards a future focused on CRM and data-driven marketing. He has been working in the retail space for Manor, the Number.1 Department Store in Switzerland, for the past two years where he is responsible for implementing their CRM system and all associated campaign processes and tools. Samuel is a self-confessed CRM-Immigrant, obsessed with actionable data, campaign automation and happy customers.
